What happens when you spend seven days noticing?

Hello Reader,

Two weeks ago, a small group of people joined me for a simple experiment:

Seven Days of Noticing.

No lessons. No framework. No definition of what they should notice.

Just live your ordinary life.

And notice what you notice.

A few things surprised and inspired us.

  • Some people found that, as the week went on, they began noticing without trying so hard to notice.
  • We discovered that noticing doesn’t always require doing something. Sometimes it leads to kindness, connection, or action. Other times, noticing itself is enough.
  • And we began wondering whether noticing might be contagious. Could what one person notices help someone else see something they might otherwise have missed?

Perhaps most of all…

The more we noticed, the more curious we became about what else there was to notice.

And that’s exactly why I’m excited to do it again.

Round Two begins Monday.

Some people from our first group are coming back. Others will be joining us for the first time.

And there’s room for you.

  • No experience necessary.
  • No homework to catch up on.
  • Nothing profound required.

Just seven days of living your life with a little more intention to pay attention.

P.S. You don’t even have to wait until Monday to begin. Notice what you notice.
