Hello Reader,
Ever notice that you have a feeling before you have words to express or explain it?
Maybe you were a part of two teams with similar talent…
but there was something very different about those teams.
One moves.
Decisions don’t get stuck.
Pressure doesn’t linger the same way.
That 'other team' feels heavier.
Not because people care less.
But something else was at work.
.................................................
Most organizations run on a kind of system.
You don’t really see it.
But you do experience it.
In how fast people respond (or react).
In how decisions actually get made.
In what happens when things get hard.
And when something feels off,
most of us go to what’s visible.
A conversation.
A change in plan.
Trying to get more aligned.
Sometimes that helps.
Sometimes it doesn’t.
.................................................
It's what lies beneath what you see, that
keeps producing the same patterns.
.................................................
Over time, certain defaults take hold.
Reactivity.
Scarcity.
Control.
Not because anyone chose them.
They just…form.
.................................................
There is another way to lead.
A better way...
Not by doing or adding more.
But by seeing what’s already shaping things.
This week's carousel helps make this easier to recognize.
Grab your free copy of The Invisible Leadership OS here. It's a quick read.
If you take a moment with it, pay attention to what feels familiar.
Let me know if you (and your team) want to dig deeper into this.
Believing in better leadership,
Kevin
