When gratitude stops being private

Hello Reader,

You may have experienced this without naming it.

Gratitude is often taught as a personal practice.

Journals. Lists. Quiet reflection.

And there’s nothing wrong with that. I enjoy journaling my gratitude daily.

But something changes when gratitude moves beyond the private space and begins to live between people.

Conversations deepen.
Leadership softens without losing strength.
Connection replaces performance.

This week’s Living IN Gratitude reflection explores a realization that has been reshaping how gratitude shows up in leadership, relationships, and community.

👉 Read the full reflection here.

As you read, consider this:

Where has gratitude remained personal in your life…
when it might be meant to be shared?

Grateful you’re on this journey.

Kevin

P.S. This reflection connects to something new taking shape called Grateful Business Alliance a community of practice where gratitude becomes lived, not just understood.
